Holy Family PS recently celebrated a number of events which embraced Cultural Inclusion, Diversity and Equality in the school and the wider community.
As part of a series of week-long events, the school held a Special Assembly on European Languages day, Thursday 26th September 2019. All Newcomer pupils were encouraged to dress in the colours of their country – emphasising how different languages, cultures and nationalities are part of the wider school family- fostering respect and inclusion, and in embracing diversity.
Gerry Campbell, Chief Executive of CCMS, was delighted to attend the event and spoke to the pupils about the great work they were involved with in promoting diversity.
Mr Campbell also thanked the Governors, Principal and staff for their commitment to making Holy Family such a welcoming school.
